Welcome to Integral Courage

“A human being is a part of the whole called by us universe, a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feeling as something separated from the rest, a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in it's beauty". Albert Einstein

Courage comes from the latin word 'cor' and 'cordis', meaning heart or coronary. To have courage is learning to live with heart. The spiritual or essential core of our presence in the world is also heartfelt and moves naturally toward compassion. The word Integral is simple and to the point. As an adjective it refers to that which is essential for completeness.
Integral Courage is directed toward individuals and groups looking to develop living principles that enrich all our lives. Indeed, Integral Courage is a challenge, to take upon our person the responsibility for the infinite world within and the love and care that we provide to the world we inhabit.
